Team and Enterprise workspaces add the dashboard at fusedframes.com/workspace, where you manage members, devices and document writing. Follow the steps below to go from sign-up to your workspace's first documents.
Create your workspace
Pick Team or Enterprise at fusedframes.com/pricing. You sign up with a 6-digit email code, name your workspace and pay at checkout; the workspace is created once payment completes.
Invite members
In the dashboard, open Workspace settings, then Members, add email addresses in the Add members card and select Invite. Invitations expire after 7 days. Each member has a role that sets what they can see and do; the default, Device user, allows the desktop app only.
Connect devices
Recording happens on devices, created on the
Devices page with Add device. A member device is assigned to one
member, who installs the desktop app and signs in to use it; their role
must include the Record permission. A shared link device is tied to no
sign-in: you get a one-time pairing link (fusedframes://connect/...) to
open on the target machine, and it is shown only once.
Record work
Members start and stop recordings from the desktop app's menu bar or tray icon, exactly as on the Individual plan. See Get started as an individual for the recording basics, including macOS permissions and answering questions.
Create a saved filter on the Workflow map
Open the Workflow map, pick one or more devices in the Filters sidebar and select Apply filters to see their recordings. Add filter groups to narrow the set, then select Save and name the result. That device scope and query is a saved filter, and libraries use saved filters as their sources.
Create a document library
Choose Documents, then Create library, to start a document library. Pick at least one saved filter in the Sources card, choose how documents are written (Off, Automatic or Review) and define the template. The template is fixed at creation, so check it before you select Create.
Write and review documents
Select Write documents on the library's Documents tab to write from the matching recordings. In Review mode recordings wait in the Review queue tab; select the ones you want and choose Approve to start writing. Finished documents appear in the Documents tab for anyone with access to read and edit.
Export and connect tools
Documents export as JSON, CSV, XLSX or PDF from the Exports page on every plan. To let other tools and AI agents read them, create a read-only key on the API keys page and use it with the API, CLI and MCP server.
After your first documents
Key concepts explains each object in more depth, and AI credit covers how AI usage is billed. When recording becomes routine, the Recording rules page can start it automatically based on the app, window title or time of day.
