What is the difference between the three plans?

Individual is free forever and built for one person: the desktop app records your own work and writes your documentation, with a private library your AI agents can search. Team is $40 a month and adds the shared web dashboard, 2 included devices and up to 75 members. Enterprise is a minimum device spend of $1,600 a month, billed annually, and adds SAML single sign-on, SCIM directory sync, audit logs, recording exports and unlimited members.

How is AI usage billed?

At exactly what the AI providers charge us, with nothing added on top, paid from a prepaid balance shown in dollars. Individual includes $5 of free AI usage every month. Top up from $5 at a time when you need more, or turn on auto top-up so the balance refills itself. On Team and Enterprise you can bring your own AI provider key instead and pay your provider directly.

How does device billing work?

A device is a computer running the desktop app. Team includes 2, with extra devices at $20 a month each. On Enterprise every device is billed from the first one: rates start at $20 a month and step down in bands as you add more, and each device is priced by the band it sits in, so growing never re-prices the devices below. Enterprise has a minimum device spend of $1,600 a month, so if your devices add up to less than that you pay $1,600. Devices are billed only for the part of the month they are active, so archiving one stops its billing and its data from that moment.

What happens if my AI credit runs out?

Recording processing and document writing pause until you top up. Nothing is lost: everything already captured stays put and is processed once credit is back. We email you when the balance runs low and again when it is empty, and auto top-up avoids the pause entirely.

Is there a free trial?

There is something better: a plan that is free forever. Individual costs nothing, needs no card and records real work on your own machine, so you judge the actual documents it writes rather than a polished demo. Upgrade to Team when you want to share the results, or book a demo if you would like to see it live first.

Do I need a card to get started?

Accepted Answer

Not on Individual: download the desktop app and start recording. Team and Enterprise take payment at checkout when the workspace is created, so those do need a card.

What currency am I billed in?

Accepted Answer

US dollars, always. Your card is charged in USD and your bank handles any conversion at its own rate.

Do the prices on this page include tax?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plan prices include tax, so the price you see is the price you pay. Any tax for your country is worked out and listed at checkout. AI credit top-ups add any tax that applies and the card processing fee at checkout, so the full amount you choose arrives as credit. We are registered for UK VAT under number GB521547409.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from workspace settings. You do not have to tell us in advance. Team runs to the end of the month you have paid for and Enterprise to the end of the prepaid year, then billing stops. You can export your data at any time. Unused AI credit is not refunded, so use it up before you go. This does not affect your legal rights.

When does Enterprise make more sense than Team?

When you are heading past about 80 devices, want unlimited members or need SAML single sign-on, SCIM directory sync, audit logs, recording exports or required recording rules. Enterprise bills every device on rates that start at the same $20 a month as Team and step down as you add more, so at 80 devices the two plans cost the same and past that Enterprise works out cheaper. You can upgrade to Enterprise straight from the dashboard yourself, or book a demo to plan it first.
