Do processing credits expire?

Yes. Monthly credits included with your plan roll over but expire 12 months after they are allocated. Purchased credits also expire after 12 months. Free credits given as part of the Hobby plan or promotions expire after 30 days. Credits are always used in the order that expires soonest first.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your Pro plan at any time from the dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and your account then reverts to the Hobby plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade from Hobby to Pro at any time and start using paid features immediately. To move to Enterprise, contact our sales team. If you cancel a paid plan, your account reverts to Hobby at the end of the billing period and your data is kept.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

You won't be able to process new actions into patterns until your credits renew or you purchase additional credits. Pro and Enterprise users can buy extra credits at any time.

Are prices shown inclusive of tax?

Accepted Answer

No. All prices are shown excluding VAT and any applicable taxes. Tax is calculated and clearly shown at the point of payment based on your location.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

New Pro subscribers can cancel within 14 days for a full refund minus any credits already used. After that, subscription fees are non-refundable. Unused purchased credits may be refunded at our discretion if requested within 14 days of purchase.
