What currency am I billed in?

All billing is in US dollars. The Pro plan is $100 per month and credit top-ups are priced in USD. If you're visiting from the UK or the Eurozone we show a local-currency estimate alongside the USD figure as a guide — the charge on your card is always in USD and your bank converts at its prevailing rate.

Do credits expire?

Monthly credits included with your plan reset at the end of each billing period — unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Credits are always used in the order that expires soonest first.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you run out of capture credits, the macOS app stops capturing new events until credits refresh or you top up. If you run out of processing credits, the web app pauses turning existing actions into patterns until credits refresh or you top up — any actions already captured remain ready to process.
