What do I get on the Pro plan?

What is a capture credit and what is a processing credit?

A capture credit is one recorded action. It is spent on your desktop when raw clicks and keystrokes are grouped into a single meaningful action. A processing credit is one action turned into a pattern. It is spent in the web app when a captured action is distilled into structured know-how your AI agents can query.

Why are there two credit types instead of one?

Each pays for a different AI workload. Capture is continuous and runs as your team works. Processing is on-demand and runs when you turn captured actions into patterns. Splitting them keeps each spend transparent and lets you top up only the side you actually need.

How much do extra credits cost?

Capture credits are $0.03 each and processing credits are $0.10 each. You can buy top-ups any time from the dashboard at the same per-credit price.

Do my credits expire?

Monthly credits included with Pro reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits you have purchased expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Credits are always spent in expiry order, soonest first.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

If capture credits run out the desktop app stops recording new actions until your monthly credits refresh or you top up. If processing credits run out the web app pauses turning actions into patterns. Anything already captured stays in your account and is ready to process when credits are available.

What currency am I billed in?

Accepted Answer

Billing is always in US dollars. Prices on the site may show your local equivalent as a guide based on your region but the charge to your card is in USD. Your bank handles any conversion at its own rate.

Are the prices on this page inclusive of tax?

No. Prices are shown excluding any applicable taxes. We are not currently registered for UK VAT, so charges to UK and EU customers do not include UK VAT. Any other taxes that apply at the point of sale are shown at checkout.

What if Pro is not for me?

Cancel inside your first billing period and email support@fusedframes.com. We refund the value of any unused capture and processing credits. Used credits are not refundable and the offer applies only in the first month. Your statutory rights as a consumer still apply.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard with no notice period. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops.

When should I look at Enterprise instead of Pro?

Accepted Answer

Move to Enterprise when you need more than 30 members, custom credit allocations, SAML single sign-on, SCIM directory sync, audit logs or action exports. Get in touch and we will scope a plan that fits your team.
