2. What we collect

Through the contact form: your first name, last name, email address, enquiry category and message, and your company name and company website if you give them. We need the fields not marked optional to reply to you.

When you visit the site: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you request, and performance and error data.

3. Why we use it and our lawful bases

• To reply to your message. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
• To run and secure the site, including measuring how it is used and preventing automated abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website.
• To comply with the law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Lawful basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interests.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the site for us (hosting, email delivery, analytics, monitoring and bot protection), acting on our instructions.
