What happens after I book a time?

Your request goes to the founder, who reviews every one personally. Once it is approved, usually within 24 hours on UK business days, the calendar invite and video call link arrive by email. If the time stops suiting you, the invite has links to reschedule or cancel.

What does the demo actually show?

The founder screen-shares from his own device, runs a prepared capture of a real workflow and then has an AI agent read the documents it produces. You see the desktop app, the dashboard and an agent working from start to finish on the same call.

Question 3

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

30 minutes on a video call. Roughly half on the capture and processing, half on the AI agent reading the result and whatever questions you bring.

Who will I be speaking with?

Henry, the founder. There is no sales team, so questions about where the product is going, what is coming next and the choices behind it get direct answers from the person making those decisions.

Can I ask to see a specific workflow?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mention it in the notes when you book. It needs to be something we already have access to or can get access to before the call, with enough notice to prepare it properly. Nothing is needed from you on the day itself.

Question 6

Will you need to install anything on my machine or touch my data?

Accepted Answer

No. The capture runs on the founder's device using prepared workflows. You install nothing, share nothing and can simply watch.

Question 7

Can I bring colleagues?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add their emails as guests when you book and once the time is confirmed everyone gets the same calendar invite. Engineering, operations, security and purchasing people often join the same session.

Is there any obligation afterwards?

Accepted Answer

None. The demo is free and you never have to buy anything afterwards. If it turns out FusedFrames is not the right fit, that is a useful outcome too.
